It has more reviews (145k) and a higher rating (4.1) than the WinZip app recommended on your link (97k and 3.7). Also, it is not "some app made by who knows which person". WinRAR on Windows and Mac works perfectly fine though.

I assume they had a problem with extracting the archive on their phone and not on a desktop or laptop was because I have had this problem myself - this app was actually suggested by someone on this forum several months ago to handle this issue and it solved the problem (WinZip Android doesn't handle this either but I haven't used ZArchiver).

This is likely going to be "Love for a Price" for which they are already creating artwork but it is not confirmed as reason I recommend EasyUnRARLite instead of WinRAR for Android is that the WinRAR android app does not have support for multi-part RAR files.
